Our Drug Court Case Management System (DCCMS) uses a browser-based interface for the client side of the application.  The end user logs on to the Internet and simply runs the client side of DCCMS.  This will connect them to the drug court server.

DCCMS is designed to function in an environment where connectivity to the Internet is not always stable.  The client side of DCCMS stabilizes the working environment so that the user experiences a minimum amount of interruption.  The database engine is designed to manage millions of offenders while the search engine will support thousands of users.

DCCMS has a clearinghouse option where you can link multiple counties together to function as one.   For instance, the state of Florida can install DCCMS into every county and link all the databases together to form one statewide database.  A county can do a statewide search on an offender and determine if he or she has ever been through a drug court program within the state.  In addition, DCCMS can link clearinghouses from state to state to form a national juvenile drug court database.

DCCMS additionally supports document imaging over the Internet with high bandwidth connections.  You will be able to scan and store documents on the server and retrieve them over the Internet.
